Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Rain up to 5000' (the highest we traveled) this morning and afternoon in the twin sisters range. Above 4000' it was frozen but definitely rain not snow and a thin rain crust was starting to form in open areas exposed to wind. Recent snow from the past few days was well moistened. Some fun turns were had nonetheless!
