Original plan to head to cement basin. Reached 5700 and went plan B for more favorable travel/and riding. S/SW aspects had 3-5mm breakable crust on top of a foot of unconsolidated snow. Rollerball/wet loose from previous day seen on S/SW aspects. Turned to Bullion and crown point to ride N/NW aspects. Ridgelines corniced, some in unusual locations, which supported the crossloading seen. Wind slabs observed 5K and above, all aspects (small and manageable however). Wind was light with a few moderate gusts; transport and spindrifts observed.
