Toured up skyline. Lower elevations (below 5k) had <6in of snow and I didn't see signs of instability. However, as I got higher and onto some steeper treed terrain, I saw lots of shooting cracks coming out of my skin track and some slab collapses. Seemed like the new snow was fairly reactive on top of yesterday's sun crust on south facing aspects.
