Went out for a quick circumnavigation of Table and laps along the way. Surprisingly clear skies in the morning gave way to increasing clouds in the afternoon. Widespread surface hoar.
Dug a pit around 1:00 pm at 5130’ on a W aspect below Herman Saddle to check on the deeper layers that have been getting results in tests the past few weeks. Shovel tilt test yielded an easy planar fracture of the top 7cm, but this layer was otherwise not reactive. CTE RP at 36cm on the obvious crust layer. CTM RP at 100cm. ECTN (13) at 36cm.
