Signs of Unstable Snow

None reported

Observations

Went up to about ~5200ft Wednesday night above the PCT, no signs of instability. Old wet slides observed up to about 4500ft as well as some D1-1.5 natural mid storm slides above the PCT.

Snow quality improved drastically above ~4300-4500 feet, below there was a stout sun/rain crust 2-4ish inches down. Roughly 12-16inches of fairly well consolidated drier new snow up at 5200ft
