Observations
Travelled from 2000ft to 5000ft on NW to SW aspects. No surface hoar observed. Softer snow was found in upper elevations of travel. Notable solar crust 6cm down. Robust rain crust 28cm down with facets observed at the interface. North slopes at upper elevations held better conditions for riding due to wind transported snow.
