Wide spread 2-7” slab structure observed in wind affected new snow even down around 4600 ft around flats near South Mineral Fork. Cracking on isolated steeper features and skin track tests. Layer did not propogate in ECT tests in one location tested. Obvious signs of wind transport on snow surfaces even in the trees.
