While skiing out via West Crater Rim, we observed avalanche debris. It stopped just a bit before Crater Rock.
I didn’t get photos because we were trying to get down before the sunset. Wish I had of the debris though. Either from Size 1 or 2

From above Palmer and up, snow had a lot of wind textured sastrugi as well as small, icy balls. Sastrugi was soft snow. Sections with icy bits still where soft-ish - easy to ski through snow. Not icy/chattery.
Some sections deeper than others (wind loading in some areas). Typical Hood conditions.
