Observations
No slabby new snow or wind affected snow observed. Surface hoar everywhere in the open. The 3-4" of fresh snow is soft and facety. It sits loosely on a pencil crust 3 cm thick. A 0.5 cm knife rain crust is 40 cm down. No propagation.
