Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Got to the sno-park later and did a quick tour up to Martin. The snow was fairly gloppy down low (on the groomed trails) and got a bit less gloppy higher up. The friction from the bottom of my XC skis kept on accumulating snow, so I needed to kick it off a few times.
Riding down after dark was icier, but not as bad as it was last April at Cole Butte. For the most part though, it was glop over a crustier base (icy large faceted snow).
