Comments:
Large D2 avalanche occurred during storm Wednesday in area of rock slabs between Herman and Herman Saddle. Appears to have slid on MLK day crust though I did not do close inspection.

Signs of Unstable Snow

None reported

Observations

Cutting the cornice near summit of Herman result in D2 soft slab with extensive propagation in wind loaded slopes of gully below.

Also evidence of large D2 avalanche in Bagel Basin releasing during storm Wednesday in area of rock slabs between Herman and Herman Saddle.

Southern exposures are stable enough and ride great but wind loaded pockets seem very reactive this morning.
