Skied to the glades below the stone hut above the Tilly Jane A-frame in the am of Jan 15. Witnessed a lot of wind transport above tree line. Shooting cracks were common, but we didn’t see any natural avalanche activity. Test slopes (steeper wind lips) were not reactive at the time. At tree line and below, a few inches of snow sat above the rain crust, which was much more supportive than the previous 3 days. Did not see any natural avalanche activity below tree line.
