Observations

We saw lots of wind affected snow + soft and hard slabs 2-4" deep doing hasty pits and skin track tests. The avalanche was near the ridgeline and was the only instability we experienced on 3 descents. There was some old cornice fall debris but things were pretty covered from the last couple days. Snow was memory foam quality, supportive and surfy.
