Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Cloudy with light snow throughout the day. Traveled up Yodelin from parking lot, stayed below ridge line on NW aspects. 8cm of loose unconsolidated snow atop a thin melt freeze crust. Right side up consolidated snow below the thin crust all the way down to the Christmas Crust. Column generally non reactive with no prolongation in extended column tests.
