Small loose wet slides were widespread under cliff faces or shedding trees. Most were quite small and did not entrain much snow. I did see a somewhat larger slide below Gibraltar Rock, however.
None reported
Hoar frost on all aspects starting out in the morning. Mazama Ridge generally held 15-20cm of new snow over a breakable crust. Clear skies and calm winds led to surprisingly strong sunshine, with small loose wet / point release slides on steeper South aspects. Good ski conditions on North aspects. Blowing snow visible on the upper reaches of the mountain, with obvious signs of wind-transported snow in many locations.
