Observations

Partner and I were traveling up. Smithbrook there was four to six inches of new snow. Just riding side hailing banks along the road. My riding partner side held and it ripped out 100 to 150 feet behind him just to the road 15 to 20 ft.

I also observed other small soft slab avalanches around the area. We decided to stay to the flats and on the road and out of steeper avalanche terrain.
