Skied east and north facing slopes, topping out at 6100’. Saw very little signs of wind effected snow, what we could find was very small cornices or little lips on the ridge line. Experienced very mild winds all day, and it was warmer than expected (skinned in a base layer in the trees). Kicked a small cornice onto a west facing small and steep slope and didn’t trigger anything. It seemed as if the new cold snow wasn’t binding to the existing snowpack, a moderate amount of dry loose sluff today.
