Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Cold, unconsolidated snow sitting on top with small wind effects on south easterly slopes.

During the day, the sun melted off snow from the trees and southerly features showed melting on the surface snow.

Quick pit revealed weak interface~2-4"down from wind/settling?

CTH 7 had SC on the lower of the crust sando just above the ground. Looked like big sugary grains below the lower crust and small sugar below the upper crust
