Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Traveled up to grace lakes from stevenspass lot 4.

Conditions were cloudy, calm wind, temperature -7c

Some key observations:
Above 4600’ found some surface hoar

Snow below 11/22 crust appears to be rounding

Snowpack test results showed a right side up and settling snow pack

No signs of Basel facets/depth hoar
