Observations

Two small wind slabs + slough were skier-triggered on slopes of similar aspect at angles briefly approaching 45° in the trigger zones of each, both occurring over convex rollovers upon entering the intended ski faces. These areas appeared lightly and affected. One skier was briefly carried, no burials. A hasty pit did not produce these results. Remainder of the slopes were 30°-40° without significant wind loading and no further instability noted.
