Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Toured around Mission Ridge up towards skookum via chak chak. Noticed surface hoar growth on sheltered N NE aspects (chair 4 cat road) up to 10mm in size. Higher up N NW aspects that had experienced wind had much less hoar growth. Will be interesting how the next round of snow interfaces with this layer as it will continue to grow for the next week.
