Signs of Unstable Snow

None reported

Observations

- Snow starts 100' from the lot
- The hikers trail up Pano Point is snow free and very quick to get up top with
- The top ~1/3 of the Pano chutes are melted out
- There's a weird snow texture/formation on the Nis chute (see pic); it doesnt look too concerning but just be aware if you plan on dropping it
- The "boot highway" sort of comes and goes, but overall my hike up in snowboard boots was mostly efficient (with the help of microspikes in the wet/slippery snow)
- I skied down around 1245-1pm and the snow was wet and slow; earlier would be better
