Observations

We viewed the crown from Snoqualmie Mountain and Snow Lake Divide; our best estimate is a 1 foot crown, 200 feet wide, with debris running 200' feet vertically. Possibly triggered by an avalanche of unknown type from further up in the basin. Wet slab is our educated guess, with a start zone angle possibly under 30 degrees. We had good visibility but could see no other similar crowns in the Alpental or Snow Lake basins.

Great coverage in the area! Snow Lake still looks quite passable.
