Skied the NE Bowl in the Skyline area on the morning of 4-23-2022. We stayed on slopes that were NW, N, and NW facing, and avoided slopes that were SW, S, and SE facing. We encountered a lot of wet loose debris and rollerballs in the NE Bowl area (see photos), very likely from 4-21-2022 or 4-22-2022, but the snow was stable in the morning hours while we were there today. That said, snow was shedding from trees as we descended back down toward Skyline Lake, and we were even able to trigger descent size rollerballs on our own (maybe the size of a car tire?) on Skyline Road as we descended back down to the Steven's Pass parking lot. Continued warming will only make things more touchy. If you are going out, go super early.
