Observations

Traveled from Narada Falls parking lot toward Castle Peak. Observed several areas where wind slabs are forming from the parking lot to the saddle. Performed two hand shear tests along our route with unimpressive results. Once we broke out of the trees, the slopes were obviously very wind affected with slabs forming. Kept mostly to slopes <30 deg.
