Signs of Unstable Snow

Did you see shooting cracks?
No
Did you experience collapsing or whumpfing?
Yes, Isolated

Observations

Skied Slot and Snot couloirs. Snow in protected n'ly aspects was good, light, dry pow. Areas with more exposure to wind displayed signs of wind affect. Additionally, I observed the strong over weak structure (that forecasters and another party observed yesterday) only at upper elevations and S / NW-NE aspects (the only aspects I was on, so not sure how widespread). It was most apparent exiting Thunder Creek. However, fractures didn't propagate very far. New snow on S aspects seems well-adhered to the crust.
