Observations

Found evidence of a stubborn hard slab in hand pit dug at 5450' on N aspect of Chair Peak. ~4"-5" slab above several inches of weak grains (likely small NSF). Also extensive wind-textured surfaces visible around standard N slope descent (which our party opted not to ski).
