Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Despite the wintry visual appearance precipitation south of I-90 throughout the day, much of it was liquid and yielded very little accumulation: ~ zero at the Rampart base, a few cms at the top.

Surface conditions were grippily-edgeable and increasingly slow at lowest elevations. Fun skiing, but quite wet.

My expectation is that at the lowest elevations, the new/old bond may be quite reasonable in strength.
