Signs of Unstable Snow

Did you see shooting cracks?
Yes, Isolated
Did you experience collapsing or whumpfing?
Yes, Isolated

Observations

Isolated areas of surface propagation in new snow ~3-5cm from today 2/2/22. Propagation of 2-3 meters wide noticed in and above treeline on SE aspect (we avoided N aspects except for the Mazama bowl). One shooting crack spread about 10-15 M. in treeline on an E aspect and released a small sluff D1. Temp inversion notable between saddles and approach bases adding warmer more dense snow on top of Sunday's lighter snow. Woophing observed on wind-scoured convex terrain and very isolated.
