Observations

Traveled on Canyon Creek Rd. to FR 3140 to check out the state of the snowpack.
High overcast, mild temperatures, light south wind, snow was moist, soft and mostly supportive.
Observed a few small wet loose avalanches from earlier in the week. Most cornices appeared to still be intact. We observed hardly any runnels in this area.
There is a small rockslide on Canyon Creek Rd. just as you enter the clear cut and a small mudslide where the large landslide took out the road a few years ago. Both are on the edge of the road and passable.
