Observations

The area around Kendall Knob was extremely difficult boarding today. A stout rain crust covered a ton of corn/sugar consistency snow.

Saw several glider cracks around the creek and by rocks, but didn’t see any apparent hazards above the party. The snow was very unreactive, and in some cases very icy and resistant.

Saw a few wet tree bombs later in the day, and heard a loud boom near Guye Peak sometime in the afternoon (we thought it could have been snowfall).
