Moderate snow and winds to start the day eventually became S-1 with light winds and moderate gusts in the afternoon. Winds were primarily out of the SE with moderate blowing snow on the ridges. Occasional moments of better visibility across the terrain, but primarily overcast.

One small natural wind slab at about 5400' (Near TL) in steep rocky terrain.

Snowpack Observations

Lots of reactive snowpack tests within the storm snow in sheltered areas, but the snow was less reactive in windward exposed terrain.
