Calm in the valley with light SE winds near ridgeline at 5000'. Obscured due to valley fog with one moment above the clouds at 5000' late morning. No precip in the am with light scattered snow showers early pm when exited the field.

Dry loose on steeper slopes skier triggered. Not running far

Snowpack Observations

Was interested to see wind affects on ridge line and found minimal signs. Slightly less ski pen on some slopes just south of ridge with small cornices forming on N/NW sides of ridge.

F hardness from surface down 30cm
4F down 30cm to down 70cm
1F down 70 to down 100cm

Hs 120 cm in valley bottom
Hs 110cm in trees at 4680'
