Observed a D1.5-D2 slab avalanche crown on the North facing slopes below Unicorn Peak at ~6,000ft. Observation was made from the Paradise parking lot ~3.0mi away using binoculars. Date of avalanche occurrence is unknown. The slab slid close to the ground; vegetation and rocks are visible in the slide path. No up-close observations were made.
