Clear and breezy in the morning, a brief snow shower passed by mid-day, then clouds came in and looked like the higher peaks were getting snow and lots of wind by 2pm.

Took a walk up Snow Creek trail to about 3,600ft.
Mostly continuous snow begins just past Snow Creek Wall. There is still some remnant avalanche debris from the big storm in early January where slides crossed the trail. Large trees and some rocks are melting out of the debris from avalanches three months ago. Between 2,600ft and 3,600ft I counted roughly 8 different avalanches that were still obvious that had hit the trail, though more likely occurred and melted out completely.
There is a frequent flyer avalanche path at 3,600ft, here the trail traverses steep snow at the moment. This path had enough snow in it that a large storm could still create hazard at these lower elevations.
The snow was mostly supportable with a weak freeze, but sometimes punchy.
I noticed a few recent large slides of various types and ages over on Cashmere, see avalanche occurrence list.
