Several WL-D1/R1-I-ASu on steep faces, recent storm snow sliding on very hard frozen surface from days prior. 10-15' wide, runs up to 50' or where slope angle decreased, dense and slow moving.
5" of wet, dense new snow in 48 hours around Paradise, sitting on top of a 2-3" pencil-knife hard melt-freeze crust. Underneath this MFcr was 2-3' much softer and damper snow, insulated from overnight freeze temps with. Ski pen 2-4", boot pen up to 18".
