Avg 20cm HST but some Lee areas were deeper from o/n winds

Light snow during morning (S-1) and overcast sky turning to sun around 11am. Light SW winds. Valley bottom light rain at 12:45 with variable sky.

Recent loose wet debris covered in morning by storm snow, couple loose wet starting towards 11:30.

Snowpack Observations

Below tree line upside down (4F over F) HST up to 40 cm in places, no whumpfing or cracking observed, HST sluggish to move on 40-degree rollovers below tree line. Generally good ski conditions but temps and sun degrading ski quality as sun came out and day progressed.

Avalanche Problems

Storm slab present over early March crust, but unreactive.

Wind slab observable in alpine, ripples on snow, but no direct obs.

Loose wet in pm; should worsen through day if skies continue to clear.
