Runneling in the snow surface from this past storm's rain.
They're hard to see in the photo but we spotted several notable areas of WL slide action, multiple slides in each area WL-D1/R1-I-N, from sometime during the recent storm.
A wet slab off of Mazama ridge, WS-D2/R3-I-N, crown was distant but we're estimating 15-30cm at most, run of about ~300'. Debris across the road.

NTL-BTL, most aspects visible from Paradise

Many wet loose slides on all aspects near tree line and below, generally starting in steep, rocky terrain. One shallow wet slab noted on Mazama Ridge.

Snowpack Observations

We did a very short tour around Barn Flat from the Paradise Parking Lot. The few inches of surface snow was slightly damp, good snowball snow but did not glob on skins, with a slightly breakable crust underneath. Ski pen ~15cm up to 30cm when skiing and punching through the crust. Boot pen ~30 cm.
