Snowpack Observations

Overnight a 3mm crust formed on all aspects and most all elevations, especially NTL and ATL (freezing fog?). With this plus fog most of the day and high humidity, the snowpack gained cohesion and was showing more slab properties in the PM, especially on solar slopes.
