The weather was sunny, cold, no precipitation, and not much snow transport at treeline due to light winds. Above treeline winds were gusting 25-30 mph and the snow transport was more considerable.
Snowpack at and below treeline was generally very right side up. Slabs were observed at 15 and 35 cm down on east and south aspects but were non-reactive. The Soltice crust was 75 cm deep and very difficult to trigger. Small cornices were difficult to fail and did not entrain any snow after collapse. Due to the considerable amount of low-density snow, treewells could still be dangerous.
