New/Recent Snowfall:
30cm HST from 11/23 over thin crust from rain/wet snow early in precip event

Snowpack Observations

HS 105cm @ 4600' north aspect, slightly wind loaded. 30cm 4F HST over soft, 2cm MFcr (rain/wet snow early in precip event 11/22-23) - 25cm layer of 1F between HST and 11/15 interface - from 11/15 to ground 55cm moist, large grained MF. Rain crust layer is boot supportable through the terrain. No results on test slopes or with hand shears, formal spx tests, etc.

Minor wind transport making more of a slab at snow surface in NTL. Suspect wind slab formation in ATL but no direct obs.

Avalanche Problems

No avalanche problems directly observed - Wind Slab suspected ATL. Lack of avalanche problems is somewhat irrelevant compared to storm in the forecast for Thurs-Fri.
