Comments:

This avalanche likely ran toward the tailend of the storm on Friday. Only 2-4cm of snow over the debris.

The avalanche gouged into older snow and broke numerous trees up to 24" dia. Evidence from the air blast was found 50+ feet up in the trees. Some broken trees were thrown through the air and hung in other trees. Debris from this slide would cover multiple football fields.

Much of the debris had wet characteristics, but there was also a dry component to the avalanche.
