At around 11AM, skier triggered a 4-inch slab of heavier snow in a S / SW facing gulley near heather meadows. Slab broke above skier and propagated 100-200 feet down the gulley wall. Runout was short and didn't move enough snow to bury a person.

Group was skinning on the North side of Bagley Lakes, East of the boulderfield. Noticed wind-slab activity on the way up, the corners of our skin track were breaking. Top 2-3 inch layer of snowpack was very heavy. Winds were increasing throughout the day
