Observations

Toured up to Lake Clara and Lake Marion. Mostly clear skies and calm wind. Snow surface showed signs of slight wind affect.

Dug a pit to see how the snow interfaces were acting and to try to see the solstice crust.

HS was 82cm with a small solar affected top layer sitting over some 1-2mm stellars and surface hoar within the first 1cm.
20 cm of new snow was sitting over snow that was right side up.
Snowpack test results yielded:
CT16 Q2 down 20cm on 1mm DF
ECTN15 Q2 down 20cm on 1mm DF

Snow was collapsing while skinning, however was supported while skiing.
Ski pen = 10cm
Boot pen = 45cm
