Observations
Mostly overcast, S-1, and light winds out of the SE. We traveled up East Peak and Bluebell finding 15-25cm low density (F hard) new snow over the 11/17 rain crust. The new snow was not well bonded to the rain crust making for difficult skinning, but no slab properties observed.
