S-1, PPgp 3mm, temps 32-33F at parking, limited obs due to visibility.
Sz 1 on the road cut, 3200ft, S aspect, failed within storm snow, propagated 10m, initiated in 38-40 degree rollover ...
Generally "upside-down" HST, moist-going-to-wet by 11 a.m. in the upper 10cm.
Approx 20cm in the parking lot and on road bed, but settling as quickly as it was falling.
