Agree with other post from 4/9/21. Significant ice/crust present on worm flows climbing route, ski crampons or boots with crampons was most helpful. Slick conditions made skinning uphill difficult, particularly at steeper sections above the tree-line.
I lost my navy blue skiing helmet while setting it on the snow and it slid away all the way down into a gulley west of the climbing route (facing uphill to the left).
