Comments:
Saw a handful loose wet slides, for the most part these were very small and on NE and E facing terrain of Jim Hill. Nothing we saw in this area appeared to have entrained any deeper than the few inches of fresh snow.
Another slide visible on a NE slope in Mule Creek did entrain some older snow with it, turning into a small D2. This started around 5,000ft and ran to mid 4,000ft range.

Strong sun and mid level clouds contributed to greenhousing, and the fresh snow surfaces quickly became damp on all aspects below around 5,500ft by late morning.
Above 5,500ft on NE-NW aspects, a thin crust could be found in many areas topping weaker near surface facets. Some isolated windslabs consisting of new and old snow could be found right off the ridgeline near the summit, as is typical for this terrain. Descent skiing with the full range of conditions top to bottom: Dry settled powder with variable wind effect, dust on crust, moist sticky, wet and heavy, wet and punchy, to supportable and fast corn.
