Observed good-very good stability today. No evidence of older slabs or debris in Happy and Lillian Creeks, as well as surrounding drainages. Some minor shedding out of cliffy E aspect terrain mid morning and a bit recent roller balling on Ruby's S aspect - no loose wet avalanches observed. N aspect terrain held dry snow near treeline and above (ski pen 15cm+), with a bit of wind press and some slight melt-freeze surfaces found on more exposed features. S winds were mod at ridgetop. Cornices were smaller and more tame than is typical. The little bit of surface hoar I observed between 5200-6200ft will not survive today's temps. Overall, heavy traffic on Ruby's standard route the last 48hrs, perhaps triple the busiest I seen it in 20yrs. Once in the alpine, a number of sections of the current uptrack trend too far west with significant overhead hazard present.
