Yes
Was it intentional?
No
Avalanche Type:
Wet Loose
Size:
Size 1: Relatively harmless to people
Elevation:

Aspect:

Comments:
Probably more like D .5; I do have to admit this caught me off guard and was triggered unintentionally. Aspect was slightly more south, and slightly steeper than everything else. A good reminder that this danger can increase as you get lower on the mountain and the temps rise.

Snow softened quickly. East through south we’re pretty soft and wet by noon. Upper mountain is shedding a lot of snow and rime.
